How do I create an account?

Download the FoodStudio app and sign up using your email address or Google/Apple account. You'll receive a verification code to complete registration.

What subscription plans are available?

FoodStudio offers monthly and annual subscription plans for AI food photo and video generation, and high-resolution exports. Check the app for current pricing and features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime based on how you subscribed:

  • Subscriptions are managed through your device's store settings:
  • iOS App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FoodStudio
  • Google Play Store: Google Play → Subscriptions → FoodStudio
  • Web Subscription: Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription or email info@brookmind.com

How do web payments work?

Web subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. You can:

  • Pay with credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
  • Manage your billing information online
  • Download invoices and receipts
  • Cancel or change your subscription plan anytime

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export all your data including generated images, projects, and account information from the Profile section in the app.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

What image formats can I export?

FoodStudio supports export in JPEG and PNG formats in various resolutions suitable for web, print, menus, and social media.

How long are my credits and content stored?

Credits: Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Promotional or free credits expire 90 days after issuance.

Content Storage: Your uploaded and generated content remains stored and accessible only while you maintain an active paid subscription or unused credits. If your plan expires, your content is retained for 30 days for renewal. After this period, all files are permanently deleted.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds are provided after credits are consumed or AI generations are completed. If no credits have been used, contact info@brookmind.com for review. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

What happens if my AI generation is blocked for content violations?

If the AI detects prohibited content, the generation may be blocked. Because the AI must process the request before detecting violations, the corresponding credits will be consumed even if the generation is rejected. Users are responsible for ensuring all inputs comply with content policies.

Can I generate images of alcoholic beverages?

Yes, you can generate images of alcoholic beverages for your food photography projects. However, FoodStudio does not promote alcohol consumption and users are responsible for complying with advertising regulations in their jurisdiction.

Who owns the AI-generated images?

You retain full commercial ownership of all AI-generated images and can use them without restrictions. You confirm that all uploaded materials belong to you or that you hold valid rights and permissions.
